Xieping “Oliver” Chen is a licensed CPA in the State of Arizona and an enrolled agent with IRS. He holds his Bachelor Degree each in Computer Science and Accounting from New Zealand and Masters Degree in accountancy from Arizona.
Mr. Oliver was bi-cultural tax proficient in both Chinese and English business environment. Along with providing traditional individual tax, business tax and business accounting services, he specializes in international tax and business issues for more than 16 years. Prior to work for a large Arizona CPA firm, Mr. Oliver gained New Zealand tax and accounting expertise working for a public firm in New Zealand. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Oliver likes tennis, swimming and traveling in the U.S. and overseas. |
